Welcome to bj-diagnostik

bj-diagnostik has been offering affordable and reliable DNA paternity and relationship testing for more than 16 years - starting from just 179 Euros (father and child). Our accredited ISO 17025 laboratory guarantees a minimum 99.9 % probability of paternity (up to 99.99999999 %) in the case of a confirmation of paternity and 100 % for an exclusion. Get your peace of mind today and order our free of charge test kit for private and legal paternity testing.

Our paternity tests are carried out by experienced, skilled personnel and monitored by qualified molecular biologists, chemists and human geneticists. Our laboratory is ISO 17025 accredited by the national accreditation body for the Federal Republic of Germany. We have the quality of our research validated several times a year by independent organisations, the “Deutsche Gesellschaft für Rechtsmedizin” (German Society for Legal Medicine) and the International Society of Forensic Genetics. We are not an agent for paternity tests, so you can personally discuss specific testing requirements with ours scientists.

Indirect paternity tests

A simple paternity test can be performed at relatively low costs using standard DNA analysis and statistical calculations when samples of both father and child are available. Indirect paternity testing, also called sibling testing, used for determining the genetic relationship of siblings if the father is deceased or for other reasons not available for testing, is more complex and requires special expertise.

So do other kinship analyses, for examples to prove family relations for immigration purposes.
